Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the execution of performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving user acquisition, optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and scaling campaigns for mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid User Acquisition: Develop and execute campaign strategies across Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
  • ROI-Driven Management: Manage large-scale ad budgets with a focus on ROI-first thinking.
  • Data Analysis: Continuously analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement data-backed optimizations.
  • Creative Optimization: Conduct A/B testing for creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team for ad creatives and with the product team for growth alignment.
  • KPI Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report cost per acquisition (CPA), lifetime value (LTV), ROAS, and key growth KPIs.
  • Platform Updates: Stay updated with the latest platform updates, ad formats, policies, and competitive trends.
  • Channel Exploration: Explore new user acquisition channels and tools to scale further.
  • Full Funnel Growth: Take ownership of the full funnel growth – from installs to in-app conversions and retention.

Requirements:

  • Performance Marketing Experience: 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps (Android & iOS).
  • Platform Expertise: Proven expertise in Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
  • Ad Spend Management: Experience managing high ad spends with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills; familiarity with tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, and Excel.
  • Mobile Marketing Metrics: Deep understanding of user behavior, mobile marketing metrics, and attribution.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Innovation Mindset: A proactive mindset and hunger to grow in a fast-paced app environment.
