Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our sales and marketing team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Your primary duties will include:
  • Contacting prospective clients to pitch our products and services
  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
  • Assisting in preparing and delivering sales presentations and site visits to prospective clients
  • Utilizing MS Excel to analyze sales data and track progress toward sales targets

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, proficiency in MS Excel is essential, as well as the ability to earn certifications in relevant skills.

Benefits
This is a performance-based internship, offering a competitive stipend structure. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive of Rs. 15,000 per sale. Other benefits include informal dress code, job offer, and certificate upon completion of the internship.
