Marketing Lead Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven marketing professional to lead offline marketing initiatives for our educational institutions in Durgapur.

  • This role is responsible for executing strategic marketing plans to drive student acquisition and brand awareness in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute large-scale advertising campaigns such as hoardings, radio promotions, newspaper advertisements, etc.
  • Drive grassroots marketing efforts including pamphlet distribution, kiosk setups, street activations, and local outreach programs.
  • Organize and manage seminars and workshops in educational institutions, including coordination with schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
  • Collaborate with academic and counseling teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and event planning for on-ground activities and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
  • Build brand visibility and trust within the local student and parent community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is an asset.
  • 4-7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the education or consumer industry.
  • Proven expertise in executing large-scale advertising campaigns and educational seminars.
  • Strong network in the education sector (schools, colleges, coaching institutes) in West Bengal is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
