Job Title: Order Management and Cash Flow Director

About the Role:

This is a leadership position responsible for managing cash flow, order management, and cash application processes.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to optimize OTC operations, develop strategies to improve order management and direct sales processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of OTC processes with other business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in OTC operations.
  • Lead high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results in cash application, cash collection, and cash flow management.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in cash flow management and order management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of OTC strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in OTC operations, with a focus on cash application, cash collection, and cash flow management.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements in OTC operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of order management, direct sales, and off-market property management processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
