Title: AVP - Order to Cash

Candidate expectation and Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum 15+ yrs of experience required

Lead the OTC teams to ensure efficient and effective cash application, cash collection, and cash flow management processes.

Develop and implement strategies to improve order management, direct sales, and off-market property management processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OTC processes with other business functions.

Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in cash flow management and order management processes.

Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in OTC operations.

Manage and develop a team of professionals to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in OTC operations, with a focus on cash application, cash collection, and cash flow management.

Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements in OTC operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Knowledge of order management, direct sales, and off-market property management processes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
