Job Title: Coupa Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coupa Consultant to provide day-to-day support for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for Coupa P2P modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
  • Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems, such as ERP and middleware.
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  • Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
  • Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Familiarity with integration tools, like Dell Boomi or MuleSoft, and ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coupa certifications or training.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
