Procurement Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Coupa professional to help us drive our procurement operations forward.

About the Role:
  1. Solid expertise in Coupa modules and hands-on experience with implementation and rollout.
  2. Configuration and support of Coupa, including setup of various modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, Expenses) and integration with other systems.
  3. Enhancements, changes, and issue resolution within the system.
  4. Creation of sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  5. Release management for new product releases and maintenance.
  6. Collaboration with integration partners and 3rd party consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions.
  7. Working with business partners across different geographies to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into viable solutions.
  8. Creating functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch, and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems.
  9. Strong expertise in Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
  10. Sound business knowledge in the procurement area and provision of standard or customized solutions to business requirements.
  11. Designing and architecting Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd Party applications.
  12. Experience working with Agile methodology, including creating stories, participating in scrums, and other Agile ceremonies.
