Job Description

A seasoned Campaign Manager is sought to lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns across various touchpoints, including email, SMS, push, direct mail, and in-app channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates to execute campaigns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy targeted marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with data, analytics, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth campaign execution.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical campaign setups that meet strategic objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements to maintain a strong reputation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-7 years of experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic/v8) campaign execution and management.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices to ensure campaign success.
  • Experience with SQL and JavaScript for segmentation and audience building.
  • Hands-on knowledge of campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates.
  • Understanding of data flows, customer journeys, and campaign automation.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel orchestration to engage customers across channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with reporting and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products to expand campaign capabilities.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for email template troubleshooting.
