Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage contract labor and ensure compliance with corporate directives.

  2. Drive HR activities at the location, maintaining excellent housekeeping standards in the CFS.

  3. Serve as a single point of contact for all CFS initiatives and events.

  4. Effectively manage vehicles and assets at the CFS.

  5. Renew annual maintenance contracts based on management's recommendations.

  6. Procure and account for office equipment, stationery, and other supplies.

  7. Ensure high-quality food and hygiene standards in the CFS canteens.

  8. Regulate and control hired vehicle management.

  9. Provide feedback to management for smooth CFS operations.

  10. Maintain CFS facilities at desired standards, ensuring cleanliness and infrastructure are up-to-date.

  11. Optimize housekeeping manpower utilization for cleanliness of yards, warehouses, and admin buildings.

  12. Administer various initiatives, including health check-ups, picnics, festivals, and more.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful operations management experience.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
