AI Prompt Specialist

We are seeking a skilled AI prompt specialist with expertise in designing, testing, and optimizing high-quality prompts for accuracy, reliability, and adaptability of AI models within various business use cases.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience building and deploying AI agents, collaborating with automation teams, and integrating Automation Anywhere bots with AI-driven agents for end-to-end workflows.
  • Key responsibilities include developing reusable prompt templates, prompt libraries, and best practices for large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
  • Additional tasks include integrating APIs, knowledge bases, and 3rd-party systems into AI agents and RPA workflows to enrich decision-making capabilities.
  • Responsibilities also include monitoring agent and bot performance, troubleshooting issues, and fine-tuning prompts for continuous improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research on state-of-the-art AI agent frameworks, RPA enhancements, and generative AI trends to keep solutions cutting-edge.

Requirements
  • Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents.
  • Ability to design, test, and optimize high-quality prompts for accuracy, reliability, and adaptability of AI models.
  • Experience integrating Automation Anywhere bots with AI-driven agents for end-to-end workflows.
  • Skills in developing reusable prompt templates, prompt libraries, and best practices for large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
  • Ability to integrate APIs, knowledge bases, and 3rd-party systems into AI agents and RPA workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and fine-tune prompts for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with data scientists, RPA developers, and business stakeholders.
