HR Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient professional to join our fast-paced HR Operations team at More Retail. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience by handling various administrative tasks and data management processes.
This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable exposure to core HR functions and contribute to a positive work environment.
Job Responsibilities- Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage backend employee onboarding processes, verifying and processing documents, uploading accurate compensation and total cost to company (CTC) data into the system, and updating employee email IDs on employee profiles.
- Facilitate hiring on HRMS for backend off-roll employees, consultants, and interns.
- Assist with transfer letter management to reflect changes in job roles or departments.
- Benefits & Payroll Administration:
- Manage employee benefits, including mediclaim, term policy, group personal accident (GPA), and worker's compensation (WC), process additions, deletions, and claims coordination for these benefits, ensure seamless vendor management, and accurate payroll inputs related to benefits deductions.
- End-to-end management of annual renewal of the above-mentioned employee benefits and managing communications related to the respective benefits to employees.
- Handle Superannuation and Employee Deposit Linked Insurance (EDLI) management.
- Compensation & Data Management:
- Conduct regular CTC checks for accuracy and compliance.
- Upload CTC data for employees into the HR system.
- Manage the confirmation process for backend employees.
- HR Systems & Support:
- Respond to and resolve HR-related helpdesk tickets from employees efficiently.
- Support HRMS Admin by assisting with data entry and system maintenance tasks (as needed).
- Ad-hoc letter generation and issuance (as per organization requirement).
- Manage leave upload of employees.
- Ensure smooth stakeholder management.
