Job Description:

Process Service Requests and Maintain Policy Records.

As a Life Insurance Policy Servicing Associate, your primary responsibility will be to process post-issue service requests in a timely and accurate manner. This includes updating policy information, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining records according to standard operating procedures. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless policy servicing and high-quality results.

Routine Maintenance Tasks:

  • Correct policy data errors, reverse transactions, and reinstate policies as needed.
  • Collaborate with TPAs and custodians to resolve issues and maintain accurate records.

Escalated Issues and Discrepancies:

  • Research and resolve escalated issues related to policy servicing, including incomplete transactions and discrepancies.
  • Work with internal teams to identify and address root causes of issues.

Compliance and Audits:

  • Support audits and regulatory compliance activities by providing accurate documentation and timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Graduation in any stream; Commerce Graduate preferred.

Experience:

  • 1+ year of working experience in the Life insurance domain, requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Professional/office-related experience with regular scheduled shifts.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in using a computer with Windows PC applications, including keyboard navigation and learning new software tools.

Communication Skills:

  • Effective English business communication skills to exchange information with clients.
