Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Administration professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing employee life cycle activities, including benefits enrollment, termination, and year-end activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee benefits administration, including dental, vision, and ancillary benefits, as well as savings and health plans
  • Handle life events, such as retirement and pension plans, and assist with year-end activities like healthcare renewals
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with other delivery team members to resolve HR-related issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing employee life cycle activities, HR benefits administration, rewards and compensation administration, workforce administration, case management, and helpdesk support
  • System data entry experience, preferably with Oracle HCM, Taleo, or SuccessFactors
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills
  • Ability to handle complex problems and provide effective solutions
