As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client relationships in the structured finance space.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead business development and maintain strong partnerships with clients across the structured finance sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Originate and acquire new client relationships to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, craft solutions, and execute deals end-to-end.
  • Liaise with credit teams to draft detailed credit memos and facilitate the credit approval process.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution and disbursement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in structured finance or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of corporate structured finance and structured lending.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
