Job Summary

This role will be responsible for providing support and executing both Facility and Administration roles to support the growing needs of Halma India's operation in Ahmedabad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing processes and systems locally, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ISO certification systems and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with the Bangalore office to ensure timely payment of local taxes and manage lease-related matters.
  • Oversee office infrastructure issues, including A/C service, electrical repairs, and plumbing issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including evaluating vendors, assisting with onboarding, and coordinating during project execution.
  • Support in courier operations, including arranging pickups for domestic and international shipments, document preparation, and sharing tracking details with stakeholders.
  • Organize office indoor and outdoor events, and support in auditing, including fixed asset auditing, maintenance auditing, and petty cash auditing.
  • Perform administrative activities, including hotel booking, taxi booking, employee relocation arrangements, and supporting ID card and envelope orders.
Requirements
  • B. Com or B.A. degree or graduation with specialization in Facility & Admin.
  • 3-6 years of experience in facility and admin, preferably in managing professional / multinational companies.
