Family Centric Platform Design Job

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our team in designing India's first family-centric nutrigenomics platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the FAM mobile app end-to-end, including onboarding, lifestyle questionnaire, personalized meal plans, ingredient carts, dashboards, notifications, and settings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing for data visualization, information design, and front-end delivery. Additionally, they should be familiar with health, wellness, food, and e-commerce industries.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Figma, including auto-layout, constraints, components, variants, design tokens, libraries, and prototyping.
  • Deep familiarity with mobile patterns (iOS/Android), navigation, typography, spacing, and controls.
  • Experience in interaction design, micro-interactions, motion principles, states, edge-cases, and empty-state strategy.
  • Information architecture & flows: complex form design, data-dense dashboards, and progressive disclosure.
  • Accessibility awareness: color contrast, hit-targets, focus order, Dynamic Type, voice/assistive support, and WCAG guidelines.
  • Usability practice: write test plans, run lightweight tests, synthesize insights, and iterate quickly.
  • Handoff quality: redlines/specs, motion notes, and dev-ready assets.

Strong Pluses:

  • Motion deliverables with Lottie/Bodymovin, and Figma → Lottie workflows.
  • Design for data visualisation, Recharts/Victory/ECharts specs, and information design.
  • Familiarity with front-end delivery, React Native basics, Zeplin/Relay plugins, or tokens-to-code thinking.
  • Experience in health/wellness/food/e-commerce, comfort handling PII and privacy-minded UX.
