UX Design Team Lead Position

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research to high-fidelity prototyping.
  • Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
  • Define and maintain information architecture and UX documentation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and tech teams to ensure feasible solutions.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
  • Manage and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers.

Key Challenges:

  • Drive design-led innovation using design thinking and emerging tech.
  • Lead deep user research across micro-personas and inform design decisions.
  • Build scalable UX systems that adapt to user preferences and behavior.
  • Integrate AI-driven platforms to streamline the UX process.
  • Define expressive motion-enhanced design systems that improve interaction and user delight.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design.
  • Strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or Architecture.
