The Role:

  • We seek a highly skilled UX Designer to join our Next-Gen AI R&D team, focusing on designing intuitive user experiences for cutting-edge Generative AI applications.
  • Candidates will work closely with AI engineers and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with emerging UX trends in human-AI interaction and integrate relevant practices into team workflows.
  • Design and implement user interfaces for GenAI applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and an optimal user experience.
  • Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with GenAI Engineers to understand AI model capabilities and limitations, translating them into effective UI/UX solutions.
  • Apply user-centered design principles and best practices for AI-powered applications.
  • Rapidly prototype and perform quick Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to visualize and test new UI/UX ideas for AI applications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of total experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in UX design and front-end development for AI or complex software applications.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing user interfaces, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research methodologies.
