Job Title: Supply Chain Integration Specialist
About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing integration solutions between enterprise systems, supply chain platforms and industrial automation systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integration solutions between ERP, MES, supply chain platforms and industrial automation systems.
  • Apply industry standards to ensure consistency and interoperability.
  • Architect and implement Industry 4.0–ready integration frameworks to support smart manufacturing and connected supply chains.
  • Collaborate with client teams to define requirements, map data flows and establish secure communication protocols.
  • Leverage modern integration tools for scalable deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, reliability and scalability.
  • Document integration architecture and specifications.
  • Support product roadmap by advising on integration best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in system integration, industrial automation or manufacturing IT/OT.
  • Expertise in ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, MES and supply chain solutions.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation technologies and data exchange protocols.
  • Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT and advanced analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of integration platforms.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance in life sciences manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
