Job Title: SAP Implementation Project Lead

Our organization seeks an experienced SAP Cutover Project Manager to manage complex SAP cutover activities, including project planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in delivering industry-leading SAP projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in managing SAP cutover activities, including project planning, coordination, and execution\
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex SAP projects\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills\
  • Proficiency in SAP and related tools and technologies\
  • Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices\
  • Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable\
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational operations\
  • Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives\
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in IT projects\
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure\
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent documentation and reporting skills\
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a flexible and responsive approach to project delivery\
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence\
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams\
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to SAP implementation and operation\
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner\
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment\
  • Additional languages are highly desirable\
  • Willingness to travel, as required, to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement\
  • Availability to work outside normal hours, as required, to meet project deadlines and deliver results under pressure\
