Job Title:

A seasoned professional will lead end-to-end SAP project execution, overseeing planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery. The individual will define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution, monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and issues. The project manager will ensure SAP solutions are optimized for business processes and meet quality standards, providing post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Additionally, the candidate will oversee SAP incident resolution processes, ensuring timely and effective handling of technical issues. This includes coordinating with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, maintaining incident logs, and generating reports for analysis and improvement.

The successful candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, as well as coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP project management and incident handling.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, MM, HCM).

Preferred Certifications include: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP; PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
