  • Experience in project management, budgeting, and negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees, vendors, and stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field, with a strong academic record
  • Professional certification in Learning and Development, such as CPLP, is highly valued
