Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure seamless functionality across our ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and integrations. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will design test strategies, automate workflows, and safeguard data integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning & Execution
    • Develop end-to-end test plans for various systems.
  • Execute manual and automated tests for releases, patches, and integrations.
  • Integration Testing
    • Verify real-time data syncs between systems.
    • Debug API failures and audit error logs.
  • Defect Management
    • Log defects in Jira/Monday.com.
    • Track resolution SLAs and retest fixes.
  • Automation & Tools
    • Build scripts for regression testing.
    • Leverage tools for custom test validations.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure compliance in data handling.
    • Maintain QA wikis for test cases and runbooks.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in ERP and iPaaS tools.
  • Experience with various platforms is a plus.
  • Testing Tools: Postman/Swagger, Selenium/Playwright, Playwright/Rest Assured, Jira/Xray.
  • Platform-Specific Knowledge: Saved searches, Suite Script, CSV imports, Flows, validation rules, Apex triggers, Liquid templating, GraphQL API, Integration flows, error handling.
  • Analytical Mindset: Isolate defects in complex environments.
  • Collaboration: Work with dev team, business analysts, and PMs.
  • Proactive: Flag risks before production deploys.

Performance Metrics:

  • Defect Escape Rate (85% of critical workflows).
  • Regression Test Runtime (optimized via automation).
