Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Internal Quality Assurance cell (IQAC) and maintain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Quality Planning: Prepare necessary documents for Rankings and Accreditation
  • Quality Culture: Support senior team members, studying other institutions through open sources
  • Audits & Compliance: Create robust documentation records and follow up Audits and ATR
  • Reporting & Improvement: Ensure timely reporting through SOPs and creating a flow of documentation using Advance tools

Requirements:

  • UG/PG in any discipline, preferably from Technical Education Background
  • 8+ years of work experience in Education, preferably at the University Level as a key member of Assessment and Accreditation Team of IQAC
  • In-depth understanding of accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS)
  • Proficiency in analyzing feedback and institutional data using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Able to create interactive dashboards for evidence-based decision-making and stakeholder reporting
  • Strong interpersonal and technical skills, including proficiency in preparing spreadsheets and maintaining records of ongoing and past activities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a key member of an institutional committee that has successfully gone through at least one cycle of NAAC accreditation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of national accreditations systems and basic understanding about Rankings, including NAAC, NBA, NIRF, and QS
  • Skills in aligning institutional documentation with the requirements of Internal Quality Assurance Cells (IQAC) and regulatory bodies
