This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
- Client Interaction Management: You'll handle calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and in-person communication to provide timely and professional support.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and communication logs.
You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to resolve client queries and build strong relationships with high-value clients.
