Demand Generation Specialist

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive demand across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth through targeted marketing initiatives and events.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel campaigns to boost bookings and occupancy rates.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer support and retention.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Events team to conceptualize and deliver high-quality events that drive engagement and occupancy.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in consumer growth/marketing with a proven track record of driving demand and achieving business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic design and editing skills, with knowledge of no-code landing page platforms.
