Business Development Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our end-to-end project development lifecycle. This role ensures seamless coordination, meticulous administration, and effective communication with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project development and execution to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Track and maintain the project pipeline, ensuring accurate reflection of stages and statuses.
  • Organize, track, and manage business development-related documentation.
  • Assist in drafting correspondence with government bodies and regulatory authorities.
  • Support vendor onboarding and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  • Monitor and track payments routed through the Business Development function.
  • Attend meetings to gather market intelligence and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, or Renewable Energy.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainable development.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
