Reserving Actuary P&C Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Reserving Actuary to join our team in the field of Property and Casualty insurance. As a key member of our actuarial practice, you will be responsible for analyzing and estimating reserves for our clients' P&C insurance products.

Your primary duties will include applying various reserving methods and techniques to estimate liabilities, analyzing data to assess risks and determine appropriate reserve levels, and collaborating with our Reserving Team to ensure accurate and timely estimates. Additionally, you will conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes related to reserving, prepare and present actuarial findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders, and assist in the development and enhancement of reserving tools, models, and processes.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a solid understanding of actuarial reserving methodologies and techniques, as well as experience working with data analysis software and tools.
