Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing paid campaigns across various platforms, analysing performance, and scaling what works.

This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimisation — working closely with our creative strategists to deliver campaigns that convert.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, setting up, and managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Analysing campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimising to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
  • Building and testing different audience segments and funnels.
  • Tracking daily budgets, pacing, and adjusting for maximum ROI.
  • Staying updated on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks.
  • Providing regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

Requirements include:

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
  • Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
