Enterprise Solutions Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and disciplined IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions, including ERP, CRM, RPA, and custom web and mobile development. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in project delivery, a strong understanding of SLAs and quality metrics, and a proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 1–3 concurrent projects across enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, RPA, and custom development (web and mobile).
  • Lead teams of 10+ resources (employees and contractors) across different functional and technical domains.
  • Drive all phases of the project lifecycle including kickoff meetings, cadence calls, requirements gathering, design and status reviews.
  • Serve as a key customer-facing stakeholder ensuring clear communication, transparency, and satisfaction throughout project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate closely with onsite teams and customers to foster account growth and long-term relationships.
  • Maintain strict adherence to delivery methodologies and internal project governance practices.
  • Track and report on key project metrics including timelines, effort, quality, and cost control.
  • Promote process improvements and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and client outcomes.

Desired Profile:

  • 8–10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated Project Manager role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise solution projects across multiple domains such as ERP, CRM, RPA, and custom development.
  • Strong exposure to implementation, support, managed services, and development environments.
  • Proven ability to manage large cross-functional teams in a structured and empathetic manner.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process discipline and continuous improvement.

Certifications Required:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM)
