Kimoha Technologies Private Limited is seeking a skilled IT Talent Acquirer to join our team. As an IT Talent Acquirer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring top talent for our organization.

About the Role

This position involves sourcing and hiring candidates with specialized skills and qualifications. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful recruitment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms and parse resumes to screen for relevant skills and qualifications.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities and interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
  • Draft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A proven work experience as a Technical Acquisition or Recruiter.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g phone and Skype).
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits

Kimoha Technologies Private Limited offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
