AI Security Expertise Required

We are seeking a skilled AI security expert to join our team. As an integral part of the organization's Shared Security Services Engineering group, this individual will contribute to the development and deployment of advanced security solutions for protecting AI resources in the enterprise.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using Java, with a strong foundation in machine learning, including model development, training, and integration into production systems.

A proven track record of delivering end-to-end intelligent solutions by combining robust backend systems with AI-driven features is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

Key responsibilities and duties include collaborating with AI/ML and security architecture teams to understand use case requirements and develop software solutions to protect AI applications. The expert will design and implement robust security measures to protect AI models from adversarial attacks, prompt injection, and jailbreaking attempts.

Furthermore, the AI security expert will develop data protection mechanisms to prevent data exposure in AI systems, create and maintain API services for AI security tools using modern frameworks, build and enhance monitoring solutions for AI security posture assessment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into ML/AI workflows.

Strong skills in cloud native applications, container management, and performance tuning of AI models and applications on cloud platforms are also highly desirable. A good understanding of OWASP top 10 for AI and CISA guidelines for AI development, along with cybersecurity certifications like CISSP, would be a significant advantage.
