Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader

The role of a talent acquisition leader is to drive the hiring process for key positions across our BFSI portfolio. This involves working closely with business stakeholders and hiring managers to define hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles, focusing on investment banking, venture capital, and private equity domains.\
  • Manage and mentor a recruitment team, ensuring delivery on hiring targets and maintaining quality standards.\
  • Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers to define hiring requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.\
  • Source top talent through headhunting, networking, market mapping, and other innovative channels.\
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.\
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for niche BFSI roles.\
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.\
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of recruitment processes.\\/ul">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience with a strong track record in non-IT hiring.\
  • Solid experience in hiring for investment banking, venture capital, and private equity roles preferred.\
  • MBA from a reputed institute mandatory.\
  • Proven team management/leadership experience in recruitment.\
  • Leadership hiring experience is mandatory.\
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.\
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.\
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.\\/ul"],
