Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our local service organization in delivering exceptional services that exceed customer expectations and meet financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of contracts and lead a team of Field Service Supervisors and Technicians in partnership with subcontractors.
  • Ensure delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services in compliance with contract KPIs, SLAs, and customer requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Building Services Experience: In-depth knowledge of field service operations and financial processes.
  • Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Operational Analysis: Skilled in gathering operational data and recognizing trends or cause-effect relationships.
  • Risk Management: Assess risks, determine acceptable levels, and take steps to minimize them.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain customer relationships based on trust and understanding.
  • Change Leadership: Guide teams through change in a positive and proactive manner.
