Corporate Training Business Lead

Overview of the Role:

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Oversee the Corporate Training division, managing day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
  • Training Design and Delivery:
    • Develop high-quality training programs tailored to corporate clients across industries.
  • Team Building and Development:
    • Lead a team of trainers, content creators, and business development professionals.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their training needs and customizing solutions.
  • Business Growth and Expansion:
    • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding client base.
  • Innovation and Process Optimization:
    • Take initiative to innovate, optimize processes, and scale the Corporate Training division closely with other verticals.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Establish KPIs and metrics to track the success and impact of training programs and business operations.

Qualifications & Minimum 20+ years of experience in corporate training, training delivery, content development, and managing training teams. Leadership Proven track record of managing and scaling business units or teams independently. Entrepreneurial Mindset Comfortable taking ownership, driving business growth, and working in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of corporate training trends, adult learning principles, and skill development frameworks.
