About the Role

This leadership position requires:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to build a high-performing engineering team focused on execution, innovation, and learning.
  • Delivering exceptional products that meet customer needs through continuous improvement and technical debt management.
  • Championing a seamless development environment by implementing agile practices, DevOps, and automated testing.
  • Evaluating emerging tools, technologies, and strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Providing coaching and guidance on software best practices, cost-effective change management, and user-centric design.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 12+ years of combined software development and management experience across multiple languages and frameworks.
  • 8+ years of hands-on software development or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of managing software organizations with 25+ people, preferably in an India-US collaboration model.
  • A track record of driving product growth from ideation to widespread adoption.
  • A strong customer-centric approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
