Launch and Scale Fintech SaaS Products

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketer to launch and scale our SaaS products from zero, particularly in fintech markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving traction through strategic planning and tactical execution across digital communities, partnerships, and unconventional distribution tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for launching new fintech SaaS products in the US market.
  • Shape positioning and messaging to resonate with early adopters, founders, and finance leaders.
  • Drive engagement through Reddit, Twitter, Discord groups, startup forums, affiliate networks, and fintech communities.
  • Launch targeted campaigns in micro-communities, set up and scale referral and affiliate programs to incentivize early adoption.
  • Build strategic partnerships with accelerators, fintech incubators, affiliate marketers, and B2B SaaS tool ecosystems.
  • Design and run data-driven growth experiments – landing page funnels, waitlist gamification, incentive programs.
  • Track and optimize conversion across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of growth marketing experience with a proven track record in launching and scaling SaaS/fintech products, particularly in the US market.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling SaaS (fintech strongly preferred) from the ground up.
  • Hands-on experience with distribution tactics via Reddit, Twitter, Discord, startup forums, affiliate forums, and community networks.
  • Strong understanding of US market go-to-market strategies.
  • Comfort in high-ownership, resource-limited environments – from strategy to hands-on execution.
