Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in the fintech domain.",
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.",
  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and engineering tasks.",
  • Prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.",
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, business, and compliance teams.",
  • Lead agile product development processes - sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.",
  • Monitor key KPIs to measure product success and optimize performance.",
  • Stay ahead of fintech and payments trends, including credit card products, to drive innovation.",
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer and stakeholder communication.",

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, with fintech/credit card domain expertise.",
  • Proven track record of building and launching financial products.",
  • Strong understanding of product roadmap planning, strategy, and execution.",
  • Experience with agile methodologies, user research, and cross-functional collaboration.",
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.",
  • Technical background (B.Tech/CS/Engineering preferred) with ability to work closely with engineering teams.",
  • Exposure to AI/technology integration in fintech is a plus.",
  • Consulting or client-facing experience will be an advantage.",
