Enterprise Wi-Fi Support Specialist

As a seasoned expert in enterprise-level Wi-Fi networking services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively address customer issues and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide tailored guidance and support to customers as needed
Technical Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of Wi-Fi networking systems and protocols
  • Familiarity with industry standards (802.11ac, 802.11ax, WPA3) and technologies
Network Design and Configuration:
  • Design and configure Enterprise Wi-Fi networks that meet business requirements and industry best practices
  • Conduct site surveys, select equipment, and configure wireless network devices
Security and Troubleshooting:
  • Knowledgeable in Wi-Fi security protocols and best practices
  • Troubleshoot network issues and identify problems with Wi-Fi infrastructure
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, product management)
  • Strong customer service skills (handle complaints and inquiries professionally)

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in Enterprise Wi-Fi and wireless technologies
  • Knowledge of L2 and L3 protocol and security, tunnelling and network service protocols (preferred)
  • Prior experience as a Solution Architect, Network Design Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; relevant industry certifications (CCNP, CWNE) preferred
