**Job Overview:**

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide top-notch support for our Wi-Fi networking services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure seamless connectivity and excellent customer experience with enterprise-level Wi-Fi solutions.
  • Deliver prompt and effective issue resolution, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Expert technical knowledge of Wi-Fi systems, including 802.11ac, 802.11ax, and WPA3 protocols.
  • Able to design and configure Enterprise Wi-Fi networks that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with Wi-Fi security protocols and the ability to configure and manage wireless security features such as authentication, encryption, and access control.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, using network monitoring tools like Wireshark to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex technical issues to non-technical customers.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 4-8 years of experience in Enterprise Wi-Fi and wireless technologies.
  • Knowledge of L2 and L3 protocol and security, tunnelling, and network service protocols, and Quality of Service (QoS) networking.
  • Prior experience as a Solution Architect or Network Design Engineer or Customer Success Engineer is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with relevant industry certifications, such as CCNP and CWNE.
