About Us: Medanta is a leading healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our community initiatives.
Job Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing community programs and projects in line with our company strategy. This includes health camps, community outreach, awareness programs, and other initiatives. You will also engage with internal and external stakeholders, develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and key stakeholders to effectively support our organization objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Assist in planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring community programs and projects in line with the company's strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Assist the Management team in developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and key stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: Support with planning and executing events and activities, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and on-the-ground coordination.
- Reporting & Documentation: Support the documentation and preparation of program and grant proposals. Monitor project progress, collect data, and compile detailed reports on all initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders, highlighting impact and outcomes.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a Tier-I institute (Preference IIM, ISB,IITs). A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, preferably in a healthcare or large corporate setting is required. You should possess strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with project management tools. Basic budgeting skills, data tracking, and impact analysis capabilities are also essential.
