Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team at PayU. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating critical tasks as requested by the COO. You will have access to the highest level of decision-making and strategic conversations at the PayU leadership team.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with the COO's office to drive key projects/products which are high-priority initiatives for the organization.
  • You will independently drive projects, influencing the roadmap priorities and implementation directions across teams.
  • You will own the communication on all aspects of the program, including surfacing risks and reporting on the progress towards the project goals.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage day-to-day functions with the COO, including owning tasks assigned to Central projects and working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • You will drive collaboration with engineering, production, product, operation, and sales teams on developments, QA, and release of products or PG integration.
  • You will work across teams to ensure that discussion documents meet expectations and discussions are productive and useful.
  • You will attend key meetings with the COO and follow through on next steps by working with different teams and ensuring they are accountable.
  • Business Analysis:
    • You will synthesize key business metrics and drive insights from the same to facilitate discussion at leadership meetings.
    • You will create first-principal inputs-driven dashboards to measure underlying drivers of business performance.
    • You will monitor market trends and data and highlight and surface developments that would be of significance to the company.

Requirements

  • Total 10+ years of experience, with at least 6+ years working as a project manager or program manager in Fintech, Bank, or related industries.
  • Experience in Management Consulting/Fintech/BFSI/Technology Businesses.
  • Strong analytical mindset & Proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to traverse both vertically and horizontally in a large organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management elements, life cycles, tools, and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on qualifications and location.
