**About the Opportunity:**

Gartner is seeking a Transformational Program Manager to play a critical role in scaling our New to Role Program across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping design, program manage, and execute special programs and initiatives to accelerate our growth.

The primary objective of this position is to help maximize our 5,000+ sales force to convert New to Role prospects into new business. You will partner closely with key stakeholders across the business, including Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, IT, Product, Services and Delivery, and Research and Advisory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Help operationalize the New to Role (NTR) Program to drive growth
  • Through a programmatic approach, help Sellers capture New to Role prospects by proactively identifying NTR contacts at scale & partnering to create wrap-around program support
  • Serve as a program owner for the roadmap on operationalizing how to capture NTR opportunities as an organization & collaborate across business units to execute on New to Role Programming
  • Partner with R&A, Global Retention Programs, and Product to strengthen NTR content
  • Create structure for codifying Seller best practices & bright spots to replicate across the sales organization
  • Serve as the Program Manager for the cross-functional and business unit NTR strategy

**Requirements:**

  • 7+ years experience in Program Management/Marketing/or Operations roles
  • Strong Communication skills (verbal & written) and Executive presence
  • Self-starter, able to work independently on projects and workstreams with good problem solving and analytical capability
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and execute on large strategic initiatives
  • Experienced at collaborating across multiple regions, leadership teams, and business units to drive outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders to help influence recommendations
  • Ability to develop, organize, and lead initiatives with strong organizational skills and a bias towards rapid iteration
  • A bias for action, including balancing trade-offs at the intersection of technology and business driven decisions
