Job Title: Customer Support Executive

As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless assistance to our users.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to troubleshoot basic product and account-related issues, and provide clear guidance on platform navigation and features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries: via email, chat, and other support channels.
  • Troubleshoot issues: resolve basic product and account-related problems efficiently.
  • Guide users: assist with platform navigation, features, and subscription queries.
  • Escalate technical issues: clearly document and escalate complex problems to the product/tech team.
  • Maintain knowledge base: update FAQs, support documentation, and the knowledge base regularly.
  • Track and close tickets: prioritize and close support tickets within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Capture feedback: collect user feedback and relay recurring issues or feature requests to the team.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree: in any field, with a finance background being beneficial.
  • 1–3 years of experience: in customer support or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication: strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability: possess strong problem-solving skills and patience when handling queries.
  • Familiarity with Jira: having familiarity with Jira would be an advantage.
