Job Summary:

Operational Expertise Required

We are seeking a diligent and detail-focused Operations professional to oversee daily operations across assigned stakeholders and functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate with sales, academic, and ground teams to ensure seamless workflow execution.
  • Inventory Control: Manage student onboarding inventory, school readiness, and other related tasks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Prepare and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and data trackers for efficient performance monitoring.
  • Communication Skills: Draft and circulate professional emails, notices, and updates.
  • Initiative Planning: Assist in planning and executing new initiatives and process improvements.
Key Requirements:
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel and capable of creating and maintaining dashboards.
  • Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Effective Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Email Etiquette: Strong ability in email drafting and professional correspondence.
  • Problem-Solving: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
