Paras Anti-Drone Technologies Private Limited is a leading provider of RF system solutions, including antennas, radars, and drone detection systems. We are seeking a skilled Tender Executive Lead to manage our defence tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective tendering strategies to secure business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and assess competition.
- Draft and submit high-quality tender proposals that meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, outcomes, and lessons learned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in securing business opportunities through tendering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
