Are you a skilled AEM developer looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced AEM specialist to join our team at Vibrant Staffing Solutions PVT LTD.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop projects involving AEM (6.5), AEM Dispatcher, JAVA, and HTL.

Analyze Requirements and Prepare Low-Level Designs

Analyze customer requirements and prepare low-level designs for projects.

Upgrade AEM Instances

Upgrade AEM instances to newer versions, identify and resolve possible upgrade issues.

Collaborate with Team Members

Collaborate with other team members, share knowledge and expertise.

Coding Standards and Optimizations

Follow coding standards and optimize code for performance.

Project Planning and Support

Provide estimates for small projects, support project managers in planning.

Requirements:

8 to 10 years of experience in Java (8 and above), at least 3 to 5 years in AEM (6.3 and above).

Familiarity with JEE, Tag Libraries, Adobe Core components, ACS Commons libraries, OSGI framework, and Sling.

Strong knowledge of front-end development, including HTL, HTML, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, Angular).

Good knowledge of back-end development, including Java, Maven, and OSGI Framework.

Experience with AEM dispatcher (vhosts, farms, caching, server-side includes).

Experienced in upgrading AEM instances to newer versions, able to identify possible upgrade issues.

BASIC understanding of on-premise AEM environment hosting, coordinating with dedicated infrastructure teams.

Experienced in building projects, analyzing customer needs, collaborating with teams to estimate efforts for migration to AEM platform.

Having a developer or architect AEM certificate is a plus.

Participate in SCRUM meetings, take responsibility for user stories assigned.

Strong customer affinity, delivering highly performant applications, and quick bug fixes.

Strong team player, participating in team-building activities, helping others with issues.
