Data Scientist

Unlock business growth through data-driven insights and innovation. We're seeking a skilled professional to build and deploy machine learning models, drive product recommendations, and uncover customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models for product recommendations and personalization.
  • Design and create data models using SQL to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable datasets.
  • Analyze customer segmentation and forecasting use cases to enhance decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into actionable data solutions.
  • Leverage tools like Snowflake and DBT for data transformation and model building.
  • Effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python for data science and ML workflows.
  • Experience in SQL for data modeling and querying.
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised, recommendation systems).
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch (or other ML frameworks).
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and DBT.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Background:

  • 1–3 years of applied experience in Data Science / ML.
  • Prior experience in E-commerce is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to AWS or other cloud ML platforms is beneficial.

This role will report directly to the Head of Data.
