Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced professional to develop and implement our social media strategy for all clients.

This role involves daily client communication, working with graphic designers, analyzing customer expectations, developing campaigns, defining KPIs, updating content across all channels, engaging with customers, monitoring campaigns, establishing relationships with influencers, and staying up-to-date with social media trends.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for all clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with graphic designers to create high-quality visual content.
  • Analyze customer data and expectations to inform campaign development.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
  • Update social media content across all platforms in a timely manner.
  • Engage with customers and followers through regular posting and responding to comments.
  • Monitor campaign success using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with social media influencers to expand reach and credibility.
  • Stay current with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in creating social media strategies and managing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to craft engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
