Influencer Marketing Executive

Are you a social media strategist with experience in building relationships and executing impactful campaigns?

  • Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic influencer marketing professional to join our team.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  1. Influencer Identification and Management: Identify, connect, build long-term relationships with relevant influencers and content creators.

  2. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, monitor influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

  3. Negotiation and Coordination: Negotiate deliverables, timelines, budgets with influencers, coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution.

  4. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track, measure, analyze influencer campaign performance to ensure ROI.

  5. Trend Monitoring and Maintenance: Stay updated on influencer trends, industry best practices, competitor activities. Maintain database of influencers and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Creative mindset with passion for social media trends and influencer culture.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with influencer marketing tools is a plus.
